DOMENICA BROCKMAN
Domenica Brockman (co-founder of CayAC) is a landscape painter from the Finger Lakes region. She received her BFA from Cornell University, with a focus on painting and photography, and then completed a Post Baccalaureate degree in Art Education at the School of Visual Arts. After college, she lived in Port Au Prince, Haiti, New York City, and Prague, Czech Republic, where she taught art and studied under various influential painters. In 2002, she moved back to Ithaca, NY with her family. In Ithaca, Domenica and her husband opened a clothing boutique (Petrune), and designed a clothing line, which was sold in shops around the U.S. and Asia. Domenica's art work has been in many solo and group shows, and her paintings are in numerous private collections around the world. She has been a member of the Greater Ithaca Art Trail for the past two seasons.

MARINA DELANEY
Marina Delaney (co-founder of CayAC) is a multi-media artist who has been working in the visual arts for over three decades. Marina has a B.F.A. from Purchase College (1983); M.A. in art history from Hunter College (1989); and M.S. in art conservation, Winterthur Fellow (1993). Additionally, she completed a year of study at the Barnes Institute; she was awarded a Kress grant to study painting restoration techniques in Milan, Italy; and is the recipient of a post-graduate research fellowship from the Smithsonian Institution. Following her studies, she taught both art history and drawing on the college level for twelve years, until moving to the Ithaca area, where she has been working on independent projects since 2008. Her works on paper, including notecards, paper dolls, and watercolors, are represented in local galleries.

NOELLE DEMBROSKY
Noelle Dembrosky is an award-winning professional artist who moved to Trumansburg nine years ago with her writer, woodworking and painter husband Daniel. Noelle has been teaching art for many years - in the public schools in New Jersey, the Art Center of Northern New Jersey, enrichment programs in Hackensack, the Actors Fund (N.J.), and most recently - children’s Saturday classes at TCFA. She has had a number of shows since settling here and continues to create art in he studio in the woods. Her work ranges from realistic to abstract in all media - keeping in mind her mantra — ‘Always Be In Awe.'

MARCIA EAMES-SHEAVLY
Marcia is a university senior lecturer in the Horticulture Section, School of Integrative Plant Science, Cornell University. She is a Cornell University Center for Teaching Excellence Teaching Scholar, Engaged Learning and Research Faculty Fellow, Kaplan Family Distinguished Faculty Fellow in Service-Learning, and 2009 recipient of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Innovative Teacher Award. Her publications have received national awards and she has been honored with the 2013 Teaching Award by the American Horticultural Society, as well as the American Horticultural Society’s Jane Taylor Award. She teaches traditional university courses, distance learning and has taught through the Cornell Prison Education Program. Marcia is a working artist and leads the Horticulture minor with a focus in the Botanical Arts.

KATHLEEN FRIEDRICH
Since growing up in Michigan, Kathleen has lived and worked in a number of places, including Detroit, New York City and Athens, Greece. She has lived in the Ithaca area for several years and became a Printmaker Associate of The Ink Shop in 2003. She has exhibited her work on a regular basis, participating successfully in regional and international juried competitions. In recent years her interest in encaustic processes has led her to combine the use of encaustic medium or beeswax with more traditional printmaking techniques. She holds a BFA from Wayne State University and a Masters degree from Hunter College, as well as permanent NY State teacher’s certification in Art and ESL.

SARAH GOTOWKA
Sarah Gotowka is a visual artist living in Trumansburg. She received her BFA from The Cleveland Institute of Art, majoring in Fiber and Material Studies in 2007, and graduated with an MFA from Concordia University’s Fiber and Material Practices in 2013. During this time, Sarah helped found The Color Collective, an initiative to grow sustainable dyes in Montréal. This led to the instruction of workshops at the Concordia University Greenhouse and Montréal Center for Contemporary Textiles, as well as exhibitions at the Textile Museum of Canada, the International Symposium & Exhibition on Natural Dyes in LaRochelle, France, and at the 13th Biennial Symposium of The Textile Society of America in Washington DC. After receiving her MFA she moved back to New York and has collaborated at many institutions, including Cornell University, Greater Ithaca Art Trail, Ithaca College, and The Johnson Museum of Art, giving various workshops on natural dye plants and textile practices.

DEBORAH JONES
Deborah Jones, a sculptor and mask-maker, received an MA in Art History and an MFA in Sculpture from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She has taught art classes locally and regionally including at Wells College, Tompkins Cortland Community College, Cornell University and Ithaca College. Her artwork has been in special exhibitions as well as in group shows and her masks are illustrated in many publications including Fine Woodworking Design, Book Three, Newton, CT; Women of Power, Cambridge, MA; and Q A journal of Art, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. She is one of the four co-founders of the Greater Ithaca Art Trail.

DENISE MILITO
Denise Milito has developed a distinct style and technique over a lifetime, utilizing a BA in Interior Design. She creates mosaics that are as functional as they are beautiful. Denise breathes life into discarded materials — blending ordinary rocks, glass and tile with extraordinary design. This process uplifts a space and creates a vibrant energy on floors, walls, furniture and decorative items. Denise recently received a grant from the TCSD Foundation to create a mosaic mural at Charles O. Dickerson High School, Trumansburg and is a member of the Greater Ithaca Art Trail.

LAURA ROWLEY
Laura Rowley is an educator and book artist. She enjoys teaching book and paper arts to all ages and shares a studio space at Revival Book Arts in Trumansburg. Laura earned a Bachelor's degree at Wells College and a Masters degree at the University of Alabama.
